First open the style.css file and replace all instances of #9e0505 (the red colour) for a blue of your choice. This needs to be replaced with another hexadecimal colour see here for <a href="http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colors.asp" target="_new" rel="nofollow">web safe colours</a>. After that you will need to edit all of the graphics located in the images folder replacing the red for whatever blue you have chosen. Save over the originals and re-upload style.css, bg.gif, header.gif and footer.gif to the correct place on your server. To change the colours you will need to make a few edits.
