On one of my websites i have uploaded the files to template #8 but, the top header with the face book, My Space Etc., will not show? I have uploaded the files 3 or 4 times but the header will not show? can anyone help me?

I will add that when you put the cursor up in the top header the cursor will change to the finger and you can click on the area and you will go to another site but, the header will not show?
