PHProxy Template #5 – SEO / AdSense Optimised
Let me remind everyone, that you are required to keep our footer links and our sponsored links on your site while using our templates. You may not alter/remove/replace these links. Please read my FAQ & TOS before you download this template. The only way you are permitted to remove or alter links is if you purchase a licence.
Also be aware you are not allowed to redistribute or resell any of my templates.
With that out of the way, let’s move onto template #5, it features a semi-web2.0 look, it is highly AdSense and SEO optimized, is 100% XHTML/CSS valid and is very easily customizable.

I would like to insert a google analytics code in the template. Also I want to modify the exchanged links on the bottom.
How can I do that?

To put in Google Analytics you need to open the index.inc.php file. Search for
</body>then insert your analytics code just above this.Likewise to add your own exchange links in, search for “Link Exchange” and change each of these to a link of your choice, also replacing the
<a href... >to your own links as appropriate. Likewise, you can remove these exchange links if you wish.Please ensure you do not remove the link to freeproxytemplates.com, or the links to any of the theme sponsors in the footer.

As I understand it you are allowed three AdSense Content units (the two above the URL box plus one in the header) as well as three link units (there is one shown below the URL box).
This template does not violate adsense terms.
